How long until my order ships?
Within 1–3 business days of payment. You’ll get a tracking link by email when it leaves the warehouse.
How long does delivery take?
After dispatch, usually 7–15 business days to the US, UK and EU, and 10–20 business days to most other regions. See the Shipping Policy for the full breakdown.
Do you ship to my country?
We ship to over 100 countries. If checkout accepts your address, we deliver there.
How much is shipping?
Standard tracked shipping is free worldwide. Express options, where available, are priced at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import tax?
For most destinations, no. A few countries charge an import duty on delivery; that’s set by your government and paid by the recipient.
My tracking hasn’t updated — is something wrong?
It’s normal for tracking to be quiet for the first few days and again while the parcel changes carriers. If there’s no movement for more than 10 days, email us and we’ll chase it.
Returns & warranty
Can I return my watch?
Yes — within 30 days of delivery, unworn and in its original packaging. See Returns & Refunds.
How long is the warranty?
24 months from delivery against manufacturing defects. It doesn’t cover misuse, drops, scratches, strap wear or water damage on non-water-resistant models.
How do I make a warranty claim?
Email support@shopskmei.com with your order number and photos or a short video of the fault. Approved claims are repaired or replaced free, shipping included.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Email us within 12 hours of ordering and we’ll cancel and refund in full, or change the address/variant if it hasn’t shipped.

Are these genuine SKMEI watches?
Yes. Every watch sold here is a genuine SKMEI model, shipped new in its original packaging.
Is the watch water resistant?
It depends on the model. The rating (for example 3 Bar / 30 m or 5 Bar / 50 m) is listed in each product’s specifications. Ratings cover splashes and rain; unless a model states 5 Bar or higher, don’t swim or shower with it, and never operate buttons underwater.
How do I set it?
Each watch ships with an instruction sheet. Lost yours? Email us the model number and we’ll send a PDF.
Can the strap be resized?
Silicone and resin straps are trimmed to fit at home with the pin tool most models include. Steel bracelets have removable links — any watch shop or jeweller can size one in a few minutes.

What payment methods do you accept?
The methods shown at checkout — major credit and debit cards and, where available, PayPal and express wallets. All payments are processed securely; we never store your card details.
Do I need an account to order?
No, you can check out as a guest. An account just lets you track orders and check out faster next time.
