These terms govern your use of shopskmei.com and any purchase you make here. By placing an order you agree to them. Last updated: September 2026.
Products and pricing
We try to describe and picture every watch accurately, but small variations in colour and finish can occur between screens and batches. Prices are shown in the currency selected on the site and include applicable taxes where required. We may change prices, run promotions and update the catalogue at any time. If a product is listed at a clearly incorrect price we may cancel the order and refund you.
Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. A confirmation email acknowledges receipt; the contract is formed when we dispatch the item. We may refuse or cancel an order — for example if the item is out of stock, payment fails, or we suspect fraud — and will refund any amount already charged.
Payment
Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers. You confirm you are authorised to use the payment method entered.
Shipping, returns and warranty
Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy. Returns, refunds and the 2-year warranty are covered by our Returns & Refunds page. Those pages form part of these terms.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site: no attempting to break security, scrape at scale, resell through channels that impersonate us, or submit false reviews or chargebacks. We may suspend access for breach of these terms.
Intellectual property
The site content — text, photography, layout and logos — is owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied or used commercially without permission.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim connected to a product or the site is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have as a consumer under the mandatory law of your country of residence, including remedies for faulty goods.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published here when you order. Any dispute is subject to the applicable consumer-protection law of your place of residence.
